It is officially Ramen noodle season – at least for me.
When I was a girl, my mother kept giant cartons of instant Ramen noodles in our pantry and it was (along with peanut butter and cereal) my main sustenance. Left to feed myself much of the time, Ramen was a constant in my diet – in any season and sometimes even cold as a leftover.
Now that I am older, my eating habits have expanded and grown more sophisticated: I added cold pizza to the list and restricted my Ramen noodle intake to cold weather months.
I’ve become a real adult.
